Instructions

Cook the Crêpes:
Heat a non-stick skillet or crêpe pan over medium heat and lightly grease it with butter or oil. Pour 1/4 cup of the batter into the center, swirling to evenly coat the pan. Cook for 1-2 minutes, flip, and cook for another 30 seconds-1 minute. Repeat with the remaining batter, stacking the crêpes on a plate. -

In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium-low heat until it begins to simmer. Remove from heat and add the chocolate chips and butter, stirring until smooth and creamy. Add more cream if needed to adjust the filling consistency. -
Fill the Crêpes:
Spread about 1-2 tablespoons of chocolate filling in the center of each crêpe. Roll them up tightly like a burrito. -
Serve:
