2/3 cup heavy cream
- 1/3 cup brown sugar sweetener (such as Swerve)
Instructions

Melt the Butter
In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. -
Add the Sweetener
Once the butter is melted, add the brown sugar sweetener and stir until fully combined. -
Add the Cream
Slowly add the heavy cream while whisking constantly. Continue to cook for 3-4 minutes until the sauce thickens. -
Cool & Serve
Once the caramel is thick and smooth, remove it from the heat and let it cool slightly before using.
Notes
