Description

This rich and buttery Keto Caramel sauce is made with just 3 ingredients and is perfect for low-carb desserts. Ready in under 15 minutes, this sugar-free and low-carb caramel is an indulgent topping for cheesecake, ice cream, coffee, and more.


Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup unsalted butter

  • 2/3 cup heavy cream

  • 1/3 cup brown sugar sweetener (such as Swerve)

Instructions

  • Melt the Butter
    In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.

  • Add the Sweetener
    Once the butter is melted, add the brown sugar sweetener and stir until fully combined.

  • Add the Cream
    Slowly add the heavy cream while whisking constantly. Continue to cook for 3-4 minutes until the sauce thickens.

  • Cool & Serve
    Once the caramel is thick and smooth, remove it from the heat and let it cool slightly before using.


Notes
