Description

Keto Garlic Cheese Bread is a low-carb, cheesy, and crispy alternative to traditional garlic bread. Perfect for keto diets, it features a buttery garlic flavor and melty cheese crust, ideal for pairing with soups, salads, or Italian dishes.


Ingredients

  • Mozzarella cheese (shredded)

  • Cream cheese (softened)

  • Almond flour

  • Garlic (minced or garlic powder)

  • Parmesan cheese (grated)

  • Eggs

  • Butter (melted)

  • Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)

  • Italian seasoning or dried herbs (optional)

  • Salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • In a large bowl, combine shredded mozzarella, softened cream cheese, and almond flour. Mix well.

  • Add eggs, minced garlic (or garlic powder), Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning (if using), and salt. Stir until a dough forms.

  • Transfer dough onto the prepared baking sheet and shape into a flat rectangular loaf or round shape, about ½ inch thick.

  • Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and cooked through.

  • While baking, melt butter and mix with additional minced garlic.

  • Remove bread from oven and brush generously with garlic butter.

  • Return to oven for another 5 minutes to soak in garlic butter and crisp the top.

  • Garnish with fresh parsley, slice, and serve.
