Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, combine shredded mozzarella, softened cream cheese, and almond flour. Mix well.

Add eggs, minced garlic (or garlic powder), Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning (if using), and salt. Stir until a dough forms.

Transfer dough onto the prepared baking sheet and shape into a flat rectangular loaf or round shape, about ½ inch thick.
