Ingredients

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

  • 2 large eggs

  • Cooking spray or olive oil for greasing

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven:
    Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly grease it.

  • Mix Coating:
    In a shallow bowl, combine panko, Parmesan, garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, oregano, cayenne pepper (if using), salt, and pepper.

  • Prepare Egg Wash:
    In another bowl, beat the eggs.

  • Coat Shrimp:
    Dip each shrimp into the egg wash, then dredge in the panko mixture, pressing gently to coat evenly.
