Description

M&M Cookie Bars are colorful, chewy, and fun bars packed with classic M&M candies mixed into a rich, buttery cookie base. Ingredients

  • 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened

  • ¾ cup granulated sugar

  • ¾ cup brown sugar, packed

  • 2 large eggs

  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

  • 1 ½ cups M&M candies (regular or mini)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.

  • Mix dry ingredients: In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.

  • Cream butter and sugars: In a separate bowl, beat softened butter with granulated sugar and brown sugar until creamy.

  • Combine: Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.

  • Fold in M&Ms: Gently fold in M&M candies to evenly distribute.

  • Bake: Spread batter evenly in the prepared pan. Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden and set.
