Instructions

Knead the Dough:

First Rise:
Place dough in a lightly oiled bowl. Cover and let rise in a warm spot for 1 hour until doubled. -
Shape and Rest:
Punch down dough, shape into a round loaf or flat disc. Let rest 15 minutes. -
Cook on Stovetop:
Heat a heavy skillet over medium-low heat and lightly oil. Place dough in pan, cover, and cook 8-10 minutes until golden. Flip, cover, and cook another 8-10 minutes until cooked through. -
