Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef

  • 1 small onion, chopped

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce

  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes

  • 2 cups beef broth or water

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

  • 2 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)

Instructions

  • Brown Beef: In a large skillet or pot, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.

  • Sauté Onion and Garlic: Add chopped onion and minced garlic to beef; cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.

  • Add Liquids and Seasonings: Stir in tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, beef broth, salt, pepper, paprika, and oregano. Bring to a boil.
