24 mini Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups

1 cup creamy peanut butter

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1/2 cup light brown sugar

1 tsp baking soda

2 large eggs

1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp fine sea salt
Instructions

Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line mini muffin tins with paper liners. -
Mix Ingredients:
In a large bowl, combine peanut butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and baking soda. Stir in eggs, vanilla extract, and salt until fully incorporated. -
Shape Cookies:
Use a medium cookie scoop to portion out the dough. Roll the dough into balls and place each one into a mini muffin tin. -
Bake:
Bake for 8–10 minutes. The cookies will be soft when you remove them from the oven. Immediately press one mini Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup into the center of each cookie. -
Cool:
Allow the cookies to cool in the tin for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
