Description

Peanut Butter Marshmallow Fudge is a rich, creamy treat made with just a few simple ingredients: peanut butter, sweetened condensed milk, and marshmallows. This no-bake dessert is easy to make, perfect for holidays, parties, or as a quick snack. The peanut butter and marshmallow combo creates a smooth and fluffy fudge that melts in your mouth.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups peanut butter (creamy or crunchy, based on preference)

  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 3 cups mini marshmallows

  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips (optional for extra creaminess)

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar (optional, for extra sweetness and texture)

Instructions

  • Prepare the pan: Line an 8×8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it to make it easier to remove the fudge later.

  • Melt the peanut butter mixture: In a medium saucepan, combine the peanut butter and sweetened condensed milk over medium heat. Stir constantly until the peanut butter is fully melted and the mixture is smooth.

  • Add vanilla and mix-ins: Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract. If you’re using white chocolate chips, stir them in at this stage until fully melted and incorporated. For an extra sweet touch, you can also mix in powdered sugar, but this is optional.

  • Fold in the marshmallows: Add the mini marshmallows to the mixture, stirring gently to fold them in. The marshmallows should begin to soften and create pockets of fluff in the fudge mixture.

  • Set the fudge: Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly. Press the top lightly to ensure it’s level.

  • Chill the fudge: Refrigerate the fudge for at least 2-3 hours or until it is firm enough to cut into squares.

  • Serve: Once the fudge has set, remove it from the baking dish and cut it into small squares. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

Add chocolate: For a chocolatey twist, drizzle melted chocolate over the top of the fudge before refrigerating, or stir in chocolate chips with the marshmallows.Add nuts: Stir in crushed peanuts, pecans, or walnuts for added crunch and flavor.Use different marshmallows: You can use regular marshmallows instead of mini marshmallows for a different texture.Make it swirled: Add a spoonful of melted chocolate to the peanut butter mixture and swirl it in for a marbled effect.
