Ingredients

1 package (3 oz) flavored gelatin (any flavor)
1 cup boiling water
½ cup cold water
Optional: whipped cream or fruit for garnish

Instructions

Dissolve Gelatin: In a mixing bowl, pour boiling water over gelatin powder. Stir until completely dissolved.
Add Liquids: Stir in cold water and liquor until well combined.
Pour into Cups: Pour mixture into small plastic or silicone shot cups, filling each about ¾ full.
Chill: Refrigerate for at least 2-4 hours, or until firm.
Serve: Garnish with whipped cream or fruit if desired. Serve chilled.

Notes

For layered shots, chill each gelatin layer separately before adding the next.use silicone cups or lightly spray plastic cups with cooking spray to prevent sticking.Add small pieces of fruit to each cup before chilling for added texture and flavor.
