Description

Shamrock Shake Pie is a delightful no-bake dessert that combines the refreshing minty flavor of a Shamrock Shake with a creamy, indulgent pie filling. This easy-to-make dessert features a crunchy graham cracker crust, a fluffy mint cream cheese filling, and a whipped cream topping. Perfect for St. Patrick’s Day or anytime you crave a minty treat, this festive pie is sure to impress!

Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made graham cracker pie crust

  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened

  • 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping (Cool Whip)

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1/4 teaspoon mint extract

  • 1/4 cup milk

  • 1-2 drops green food coloring (optional)

  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional, for garnish)

  • Whipped cream for topping (optional)

Instructions

  • Prepare the Cream Cheese Filling: In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.

  • Mix the Filling: Add the powdered sugar, vanilla extract, mint extract, and milk. Beat until fully combined and smooth.

  • Add Color: Add 1-2 drops of green food coloring for the classic Shamrock Shake look, if desired. Mix well.

  • Fold in the Whipped Topping: Gently fold the whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture until combined. Be careful not to deflate the whipped topping too much.

  • Assemble the Pie: Pour the cream cheese mixture into the prepared graham cracker crust. Spread it evenly and smooth the top with a spatula.

  • Chill: Refrigerate the pie for at least 3 hours, or until fully set and firmed up.

  • Serve: Before serving, top with whipped cream and mini chocolate chips, if desired.
