Ingredients

Instructions

Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease or spray a large baking sheet.

Assemble quesadillas: Lay tortillas flat on the baking sheet. Sprinkle cheese evenly over half of each tortilla. Add your choice of fillings on top of the cheese. Fold tortillas over to cover fillings.

Brush tortillas: Lightly brush or spray the tops of the folded tortillas with olive oil to promote crispiness.

Bake: Bake in the oven for 10–15 minutes, or until tortillas are golden brown and cheese is melted.
