Ingredients

  • 2 ribeye steaks (1 to 1.5 inches thick)

  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix (about 1 oz)

  • 1 packet au jus gravy mix (about 1 oz)

  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter (1/2 stick)

  • 5-6 pepperoncini peppers (with juice)

  • Optional: garlic powder, black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Prepare the Slow Cooker: Place ribeye steaks in the slow cooker.

  • Season the Steaks: Evenly sprinkle ranch seasoning and au jus mix over steaks. Add garlic powder and black pepper if desired.
