Description

S’mores Cookie Cups are delicious bite-sized treats combining the classic flavors of gooey marshmallows, melted chocolate, and buttery cookie dough, all baked into convenient cup shapes. Perfect for parties, snacks, or anytime you want the nostalgic taste of campfire s’mores without the fire.

Ingredients

  • Chocolate chip cookie dough (homemade or store-bought)

  • Mini marshmallows

  • Milk chocolate or semi-sweet chocolate chips or chunks

  • Graham cracker crumbs (optional, for topping or base)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven: Set to 350°F (175°C). Grease a muffin tin or line with paper liners.

  • Prepare cookie cups: Press cookie dough evenly into the bottom and up the sides of each muffin cup to form a cup shape.

  • Add chocolate: Place a few chocolate chips or a chunk in the center of each cookie cup.

  • Bake: Bake for 10-12 minutes until cookie edges are golden and centers are soft.

  • Add marshmallows: Remove from oven and immediately top each cup with mini marshmallows.

  • Broil marshmallows: Broil for 1-2 minutes until marshmallows are toasted golden. Watch carefully to avoid burning.

  • Cool and serve: Let cool slightly before removing from pan. Serve warm for gooey indulgence.
