Ingredients

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup frozen chopped spinach (thawed and squeezed dry)

2 oz cream cheese (softened)

1 garlic clove (minced)

1/4 tsp onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a bowl, mix mozzarella, Parmesan, spinach, cream cheese, garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper until fully combined.

Scoop about 1 tablespoon of the mixture onto the baking sheet, spacing each scoop 2 inches apart.

Flatten each scoop slightly with the back of a spoon.

Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until edges are golden and crisp.

Let cool for 5 minutes on the baking sheet, then transfer to a cooling rack to fully crisp up.

Notes
Make sure to remove as much moisture as possible from the spinach to prevent soggy crisps.These crisps are best eaten the same day but can be stored for 2–3 days.Add herbs like dill or parsley for more dip-inspired flavor.Great served with a sour cream dip or eaten as-is!
