Instructions

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). -
Prepare the Chicken Breasts
Place each chicken breast between two pieces of plastic wrap or parchment paper. Use a meat mallet or rolling pin to pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness (about 1/2 inch). -
Make the Filling
In a bowl, combine cream cheese, cooked spinach, minced garlic, shredded cheese, fresh herbs, salt, and pepper. Mix until creamy and well-combined. -
Stuff the Chicken
Spoon 1/3 cup of the filling onto the center of each chicken breast. Fold the sides of the chicken over the filling and roll tightly. Secure the chicken with toothpicks or kitchen twine to hold the filling inside. -
Season and Cook
Brush the outside of each chicken breast with olive oil. Season with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Place the stuffed chicken breasts seam-side down in a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). -
Rest and Serve
Let the chicken rest for 5-10 minutes before serving. Remove toothpicks or twine before serving.
