Ingredients

  • 1 (12–16 oz) pizza dough

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 1 (1 oz) packet taco seasoning

  • 1 (15 oz) can refried beans

  • ¼ cup salsa

  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese or Mexican blend

  • ¼ cup sliced black olives

  • Diced tomatoes, sliced green onions, sour cream, and taco sauce for topping

Instructions

  1. Prepare Dough:
Let pizza dough rest at room temperature for about 20 minutes.

  2. Cook Ground Beef:
Brown beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain, then add taco seasoning and water per packet instructions. Simmer until thickened.

  3. Preheat Oven:
    Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

  4. Pre-Bake Crust:
Roll out dough onto greased pizza pan or baking sheet. Bake for 8 minutes.

  5. Assemble Pizza:
Mix refried beans and salsa in a bowl. Spread over crust. Top with seasoned beef, cheese, and black olives.

  6. Bake Again:
Return pizza to oven and bake for 5–7 minutes or until cheese is melted.

  7. Add Toppings & Serve:
Top with fresh tomatoes, green onions, sour cream, and taco sauce. Slice and serve.
