Description

Texas Roadhouse-Style Baked Salmon is a tender, flavorful salmon fillet coated in a zesty blend of spices and baked to perfection. Inspired by the popular steakhouse, this recipe delivers juicy salmon with a slightly crispy, smoky seasoning crust, making it a quick and impressive main course.


Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets

  • 2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter

  • 1 tbsp paprika

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1 tsp dried oregano

  • 1 tsp dried thyme

  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)

  • 1 tsp salt

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.

  • In a small bowl, mix paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, thyme, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.

  • Brush salmon fillets with olive oil or melted butter on all sides.
