Ingredients
For the Mousse:

Instructions

Melt the Toblerone:
Break the Toblerone chocolate into small pieces and place it in a heatproof bowl. Melt it using a double boiler or in the microwave (heat in 20-30 second intervals, stirring in between). Add 1 tablespoon of water for a smoother consistency. -
Whip the Cream:
In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar together using an electric mixer until soft peaks form. Be cautious not to overwhip. -
Combine Chocolate and Cream:
Let the melted chocolate cool slightly, then gently fold it into the whipped cream. Stir in the vanilla extract and mix until smooth. -
Chill the Mousse:
Spoon the mousse into serving glasses or bowls. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until the mousse is set and firm. -
Garnish and Serve:
Before serving, garnish with chopped almonds, grated Toblerone, or additional chocolate pieces. Serve chilled and enjoy!
