Prepare Pan: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.

Melt Chocolate: Microwave chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Spread evenly onto the prepared pan.

Add Pecans: Sprinkle toasted pecans evenly over the melted chocolate.

Melt Caramel: Microwave caramels with cream in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.

Drizzle and Finish: Drizzle melted caramel over chocolate and pecans. Swirl with a toothpick if desired. Sprinkle with sea salt.
